Edit H.264 with Sony Vegas Pro

"I receive files from clients that are .mov that are problematic in #Vegas 13. I can see the audio waveform but no video meaning the codec isn't supported by Vegas. When I drop them into premier I can see that they are #H264 .#mp4 with a .mov wrapper. Does anyone know if Vegas 14 has better support for H264. This gets to be a real hassle after a while. Thanks." How to solve?
